"Mood Food" and "Clothing Swap"
Mark your calendars now for the next Ladies Night Out to be held at
the JCH Wellness Center on May 8, 2009. Carol Schlitt from the U of I Extension
will present "Mood Food." There will also be a "Clothing Swap"--bring clean,
gently used clothes, shoes and accessories and swap the same number of items
that you bring in. All unclaimed items will be donated to local non-profit
organizations. Snacks! Chair massages! Door prizes! Call 498-3500 to
register as space is limited!
