Mark your calendars now for the next Ladies Night Out to be held at the JCH Wellness Center on May 8, 2009.  Carol Schlitt from the U of I Extension will present "Mood Food."  There will also be a "Clothing Swap"--bring clean, gently used clothes, shoes and accessories and swap the same number of items that you bring in.  All unclaimed items will be donated to local non-profit organizations.  Snacks!
