Join the library at City Center (across from the Stadium Theater) for costume contest at 10:00 am for all ages with cash prizes, Trick or Treating to downtown businesses, hot dogs, hay rides, inflatables, crafts and Nolan's Petting Zoo start at 11:00 am. Be on time for the contest which starts promptly at 10:00 so you will not miss out on being judged. Please note the library will open at 2:00 pm on Festival Day.
