The Annual Halloween Festival will be held at City Center Park (across from the Stadium Theater) in Jerseyville. The Costume Contest (with cash prizes) will start at 10:00 am SHARP, followed by Trick or Treating to the downtown businesses at 11:30 when you can also grab a hot dog, make a craft and take a fun hayride. The library will be closed until 2:00 pm on that day.
