Author Tom Emery will be leading a discussion at the Jerseyville Public Library about his recent work, "Lincoln and Jersey County, Illinois." Abraham Lincoln has many ties to Jersey County which will be the topic of Mr. Emery's presentation. Mr. Emery has produced many well-received regional studies on Lincoln, including Lincoln's experiences in Alton, Greene County, Macoupin County, Montgomery County and connections to Illinois State University.
