The Annual Halloween Festival will be held this year at and around the City Center Park (across from the Stadium Theater) in Jerseyville. The festivities will take place from 10:00 am - 1:00 pm. Costume Contest at 10:00 am with prizes awarded immediately after judging. Hayride beginning at 11:15 am, Trick or Treating to participating merchants along State Street from 11:15 am -12:15 pm, The Great Pumpkin Hunt starting at 11:15 am (decorated pumpkins will be hidden throughout the Historic City Center. Find a pumpkin and bring it back to the City Center Park by 12:45 pm to get your prize). Hot dogs and Halloween music with DJ B Hutch from Noon - 1:00 pm.
