Costume contest at 10:00 am sharp with cash prizes awarded directly afterwards. There will be categories for all ages including groups and pop culture. At 11:00 am there will be trick or treating to downtown businesses, crafts, hot dogs, bounce houses, and hayrides. Everything is free!
