Downtown Country Christmas Festival

Your Jerseyville Public Library will be represented at the Downtown Country Christmas Festival in Jerseyville on Saturday, November 27th. We will have a game in the kid's area called The Night Before Christmas Read Aloud (where a present will be circulated to the children listening to the story and traded every time they hear a certain word in the story - the last one to end up with the present wins it!), we will be sponsoring a Bright Lights Scavenger Hunt (where you will pick up a game sheet and "hunt" for items in the Bright Lights displays throughout Jerseyville, bring back your completed sheet to be in the drawing for a major prize!) and at 2:00 pm we will host entertainer Babaloo, whose high energy kids comedy and music is sure to entertain!

Also, look for the Friends of the Library at the SF/HG Bazaar also on the 27th from 9-3 wither Christmas books for sale all ages.
