Jerseyville Halloween Festival at Dolan Park! The festival will look a little different this year, but just as much fun! There will be Drive Through Contact Free Trick or Treating at Dolan Park (cars enter on June street) and when you drive through the park, volunteers will hand treats through your open window or trunk for each child in your vehicle. Costumes are optional but you CANNOT exit your vehicle. Curious George, Clifford the Big Red Dog and Pete the Cat will all be on hand to give out pudding cups (just like in our October StoryWalk book, Curious George Votes).

Costume Contest will be Contact Free this year and ONLINE ONLY - through email. Dress up in your awesome costume, snap a photo and email it to halloween@jerseyvillelibrary.org. Deadline for submissions is OCTOBER 24 AT NOON. Judges will vote for the winners of each category except People's Choice (which will be chosen by Facebook votes). The winners will be announced via FACEBOOK LIVE at 2:00 pm on the day of the Festival (October 31).
